New Ugly Casanova... Anyone good at playing songs by ear?

Ugly Casanova (Issac Brocks side project. Check out Sharpen your teeth if you havn't heard it.) did some new songs for 180° South. A great documentary that people should check out. Especially if your into climbing. Anyways one of the songs is called Here's to now. It seems pretty simple. I'm not going at playing by ear and I was wondering if anyone could help me figure it out?     I don't play guitar but on bass it alternates between F sharp and A
