To gaze at the stars tonight,
him alone,
does not feel so right.
Who denies themselves a bit of
God's T.V. show?
Afraid.
What is it he might see?
Your so still and brilliant his star
Won't it speak to me?
Will the distance remind me
How unreachable he may be
If he were to lose myself in this
Universal Gladness
...with a hint of madness and of questions with dim answers.

"Hear me, my chiefs!
I am tired; my heart is
sick and sad. From where
the sun stands I will fight
no more forever."
Chief Joseph - Nez Perce
the night sky, perfectly you capture how I feel when I am standing there so small under it,
understanding so very little of it.
Just beautifully written, a joy
