BANK CARD ORDERING OF 10C?PROBLEMS?

i have ordered of 10c numerous times but for some reason my card keeps declineing i have used this card on 10c before and it was fine but now it wont work,has anyone else had this problem,i know it isnt the card as i use it all the time thanks

    happen to me last week,i call my bank and was carr problem.
    some other friends have the same pro,the log out and log in and work fine..
