Concert attendance
I am a novice here , so give me a break if this sounds like a dumb question . I have never attended a Pearl Jam concert . How difficult is it to get a ticket ? I understand they are sold out early , and you can't just walk up to the window and buy a ticket the day of the show. I am asking if you have to camp out for two days in some ticket line , have access to the NASA computer to order early online , fight through an army , etc . If you know of a show , and act early , can you usually get a ticket ? How much in advance are the tour dates advertised ? Any tips would be appreciated . Thanks .

With Manchester 09 I was suddenly able to order tickets even if I hadn't signed up for 10Club before the required date, and this was a couple of days after the tickets went up for sale.
With Dublin 10 it was crazy. I timed out like 50 times when trying to order tickets. Even got to put in my credit card details one time before timing out. Then the tickets were "temp. sold out", then they were back again. Finally got a pair after about 40 minutes, but I remember a lot of people weren't happy.
With Belfast 10 it had calmed down, and I was able to purchase tickets the minute they went on sale.
With festivals like Gdynia in Poland, tickets didn't even start to sell out until a few weeks before the show, so that was no trouble. I guess this is the case for most festivals, unless you're called Glastonbury.
But, if you are signed up for 10Club you always have a fair shot at getting tickets.
EDIT: Should mention I've always ordered online at this site. No camping outside ticket offices ^^

Last tour it was a only a months notice for US shows.
2008: MSG I, MSG II, Newark(EV)
2009: Albany 1-2(EV), Philly 3
2010: Boston, MSG I
2013: Buffalo, Brooklyn II, Hartford
2016: MSG 1, MSG II, Fenway 1
Of course they will. I'd imagine the band is as hooked to the rush as us fans are ^^
Other than that, believe!
depending on where you are....
I would say all of the above
but your in the 10c - so if u just check your email regularly....they usually give a few mos. notice before onsale....then u come here...with a fast internet connection and a good computer, and your good to go...
otherwise, if u miss out....over to ebay you will go to bend over for sure
i spent waay too much money on the Mansfield '03 shows through ebay - thought it was still worth every penny!! I learned after that 10c is the way to go!
Heed everyone's advice regarding a fast connection, but I add one caveat, not because I'm a fan-boy or an Apple snob, but because of my past experience. I've always ordered my tickets on a Mac, and have never been locked out, given a "not available" message, experienced any delays or had my face ripped off. Easy peezy, smooth sailing every time. That's 6 Pearl Jam shows (5 of them Seattle-centric) and 2 EV solo shows.
Plus, if a month for tickets is short and expensive notice, start saving now. You gotta plan ahead. Don't forget to include money for t-shirt or poster or whatever stuff you're into buying. And if they never tour again, think of all the money you'll have to blow on booze to drown your sorrows!
Just keep up to date on sale info
Did Kansas City even sell out?
i'd like to think all PJ shows sell out
but i cant imagine Nebraska would be that hard to get tix for
I live in CT....so all the shows i go to, or would be interested in: CT, MA, NY and maybe PA...all the same people are on board for all of those shows...not to mention VT, NH, ME and all those other cow towns that dont get shows in their neck of the woods.
they had the midwest tickets on sale for bout 2 weeks in the goods section. i think indy was the only one that sold out right away.
Sammi: Wanna just break up?
2010: 9/7/10 - Bilbao
2012: 26-27/6/12 - Amsterdam ~~ 29/6/12 - Werchter ~~ 4-5/7/12 - Berlin
2014: 25/6/14 - Vienna ~~ 26/6/14 - Berlin
Assuming United States....
Smaller cities is very easy to get 10c tickets. Columubs, Indy, KC, Cleveland, etc didn't sell out their 10c tickets. You could buy singles and pairs from other members on here up thru the day of the show. I scored an awesome seat to the Columbus show doing that.
MSG is the exact opposite. 10c tickets sold out in minutes, ticketmaster tickets sold out just as fast. Very few tickets were popping up on the forum for sale and when they did, they were snapped up in minutes.
so it really depends on where they are playing....
nothing like trying for 10c tix for 5 hours and then finally seeing out of stock on the page
just saying
boston area, philly area, seattle area and chicago area also are a bitch to get tickets to
Sammi: Wanna just break up?
i didn't have that hard of a time getting tickets to chicago...although, they were ticketmaster tickets.
Sammi: Wanna just break up?
the seats that were not covered were full.....
vs MSG that had some seats with two people in them
