    I think the humiliation that the Cubs have brought actually accelerated his retirement plans. Used to be a pretty respected manager, now he is as big of a joke as the Cubs.

    No matter how the Cubs play the rest of the season (which will be terrible), the damage is done.

    lou did a nice job. his players couldn't hit for shit this year. although they are playing well now
