Framing Recommendations

Hi All,
Before you slam me, I did search the other threads and didn't find the exact info I wanted. Hence my new post. I have several Klausen prints (many of my holy grails - about ten in total) that I want to frame using the same mattes and frames themselves. They are all signed and numbered and I want to keep them as safe and preserved as possible to protect them from things like UV light, temperature shanges, etc. Essentially, I want to be able to take them out of the frame someday and have them in the same exact condition. Anyway, I live in Canada, so major chains are limited at best but their are lots of local spots. I know this will not be cheap but given that there are a number of experts on this topic on the foums, I wanted some recommendations on what to look for...type of glass, type of mount, etc and any other tips. Also, a rough price estimate would be helpful...

Thanks in advance and let the slamming begin...

My framing recommendation is to wait for my next PJ Poster Framing Special, coming soon!

Here's the thread which was for June participants. I'm currently framing 75 posters for board members.
    viewtopic.php?f=4&t=134324

We use only Bainbridge Artcare museum matboard, Bainbridge Artcare museum foamboard, both of which are much better than just "acid free" mats, and are better than Crescent and Artique that most other shops use. Actually, I don't know of any other shops who use Bainbridge Artcare museum foamboard, because of how expensive it is... but we do. :D We also use TruVue Conservation Glass which blocks 99% of UV light. The posters are held in place with no adhesive at all touching the artwork, and can anytime in the future be removed and back to a loose poster. I began framing 22 years ago in my father's frame shop in New York and I opened my own frame shop 9 years ago in Virginia.

    ...anyway, that's my recommendation. :D
ADD 5,200 to the post count you see, thank you. :)
