Is there a way to get raw flac files onto itunes?

Without first burning them onto a cd-rw disc and then putting that disc into the computer where i can finally
have it read and then be able to put it into itunes?

I have a bunch of PJ flac files that i want to put into itunes without all the time consuming effort i listed
above. There surely has to be an easier and much faster way to do this!
I know itunes doesn't recognize raw flac files, but there has to be some way to get them in itunes without
changing the quality to mp3's.
That's why i have the flac files.I want to keep the cd quality sound the same as what's from the flac file.
Dragging the flac files into itunes does nothing. Is there a setting in preferences on itunes that i need to switch up?
Right now i have it set at AAC Encoder with custom settings of 320kbps.
Windows Vista PC.

Any help with a shortcut will save me mountains of time.I don't want to sit here all day long, day after day,
burning each set of flac's on to a cd-rw and then importing them into itunes that way :(

Any brains out there can help?

Unfortunately there is no way to put .flac files into itunes, so you only can put .mp3 or itunes format.

You can use something like dBpoweramp music converter to change them from FLAC to Apple Lossless
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apple_Lossless

You may need to download the FLAC to Apple Lossless CODEC as well

Once in Apple Lossless you can just add them to your iTunes library and play on your iPod
