I hope that this isn't against any rules, but I just wanted to share an initiative that one of the best Canadian Bands from the 90's - Econoline Crush - are trying.
Much like Pearl Jam, they're sticking to the independent route and are looking for fan support to produce their next EP. They're selling some pretty neat packages here to help with the production of the album: http://www.indiegogo.com/Econoline-Crush-The-People-Have-Spoken-EP
Their comeback album from a couple of years ago, Ignite, was one of my favourite albums of that year. I've got alot of faith that this will be even better than their older stuff, as well.
