A lawyer behind the scenes or through legislation something to do with the dismissal in some way. So we really do need attorneys; especially ones that would dismiss a public intoxication charge as long as there was no harm to the community. And should you feel compelled to pay an attorney I do accept Visa and Mastercard.

I know you weren't trashing lawyers, I was just trying to be obnoxious and self righteous like some lawyers often are, I haven't perfected those skills yet.

Well lucky you! Aren't you glad that the $$$ they avoided in sending you through the whole court process could be used on something more serious???

They did that when I lost my licence for points accrual.....there were about 40 of us all at court trying to get our licences back, and a court officer just walked out with 2 piles of paper and read out names. One pile were the lucky ones, we got our licences back, the other pile were the suspended ones!

(oh and hope that didn't come out in an offensive or sarcastic manner :? cos I certainly don't for it that way!)

If there was no small print and no made up legal language would we really have the need for lawyers? In a world ruled by common sense they would not exist!
