it's a tough one for you guys ... my understanding is that most opponents will point to the constitution indicating it should be a state issue and that it should be up to each state to allow or disallow based on the state's own charter ...
with the prop 8 vote in california last year - i suspect it will be some time before we see the majority of states allow this ...
Good. I have no idea why we can get rid of this issue. It's so simple. Less government is good. It has it's place, but it has no business in the business of marriage.
