Where there this many threads for the west coast pre sale?

and does anyone know if they only released a few ticket pairs at once cause thats how it seems they did it

    There was only one show in each city for the west coast pre-sale. The 2nd dates in each town were added later with no 10c tickets, only TM.

    So numbers wise, I would think it was much tougher to get a ticket for the 1st leg.
