Soooo...

After a long day at work and getting two children under the age of 3 through dinner, running through the sprinker and to bed, I decided to reward myself with two PJ boots.

I accidently ordered Chicago I 2009 as I already downloaded that show from the ten club. I sent them an email last night at approx 830est to explain the situation and that I actually meant to download the 2009 adelaide FLAC.

Less then 24 hours later I got an email from ten club saying they verified my previous chicago show purchase and gave me a link to download Adelaide.

That, to me, regardless of industry, IS the definition of customer service.

Thanks to PJ and ten club for yet another example of why the music and the "business" side of the whole "organization" is first class.

The folks at 10C are good people. I've only had positive experiences, and honestly, am thankful the fan club has been around as long as it has.

I had a similiar experience, though not PJ related. I ordered an at home drug test kit online. Paid for it and recieved a confirmation email. I had thought i was purchasing a THC test. But my email said I had ordered a Cocaine test. I call this company, and the lady so nicely searches through the packages ready for shipment and swapped out the test for the one I needed. Its so good when you get to deal with actual people trying to take care of people, rather than an automated system.

That is awesome on many different levels...
