New Korn album

Listening to it now must say its better then the crap they have been putting out as of late. I was a die hard fan and can say that this new album finially sounds some what similar style to the old korn sound. Its not as good as there first 3 albums but sounds more early korn then to the last 3 albums thankfully. Any old school metal heads should give it a try.

    I gave up on Korn after the third album. I wasn't a huge fan, but I was intrigued by Jonathan Davis. I still listen to the first one every once in awhile. I don't care what the haters say, Blind is a bad ass song. And Daddy is just creepy as fuck.

    I guess I just got tired of them.

    There amazing live seen them at least 10 times. Have a hook up and have met them numerous times and been back stage a couple of times. I agree that they went way down hill and myself haven't purchased a korn album in years. But after listening to this on the computer i will be buying there new album for sure. Korn 1st album is probably one of the greatest albums period imo. Talk about starting a new style of music Korn were the leaders for sure. Give it a try i think u might be suprised.

    Might do that. I saw them live with Metallica in 2000 I think it was. And James had hurt his back or something and couldn't perform so Jason sang most of the songs, but Jonathan Davis came out and took some too. That was pretty cool. I remember they put on a great show.

    From what I've heard on tv, the new single sounds slot more like their older stuff. Still not a fan, and I definitely don't like that they have slipknots drummer instead of silveria

    Imo the radio single might be one of the weaker tracks. Korn has truly missed Head for years he was the driving force. David being gone sucks but Head is much more missed,his solo album from a couple years ago was pretty good.

    I was also into KoRn . Kinda lost interest in them after Untouchables. Do have all their albums though. Pretty cool they are touring with Rob Zombie this year. I think that was the first time is aw them w/ Rob Zombie back in '99 they toured together. They are cool live.

    Anyone hear they played in a corn field with "crop circles" a few weeks back?

    I think Ray Luzier is playing drums in Korn now. (He was when I saw them in May). Joey Jordison just filled in from 2006- 2007 until David silveria decided to official depart from the band I think.

    Ray is a bad ass drummer too.

    Like the new Korn song, but really my fave album is the 1rst one, and then Issues.

    Seen Korn live twice- and they are still going strong selling out shows all over.
    After those two albums I mentioned, I just like certain songs here and there.

    I really liked Brian Head welch book too.

    washed up? i think so... they were a novelty act, and a great one at that for a string of a couple albums. but they never really grew. head was definitely more important than the rest of the band seems to think.

    new stuff reminds me of untouchables. not exactly old school korn, but i think they picked a good old school album cover this time around.

    apparently they have a new album out. I haven't listened to it (just two of the songs on youtube). It's a little different than their other stuff. It's "dubstep" and "electro-house" The two singles were produced by Skrillex.

    Bumout - I used to love Korn...haven't really listened to them since the Untouchables record. I am totally not into this at all!

    Im the thread starter and this new crap is straight TRASH!!! I have lost just about all respect for my once favorite band. Head and David have to be laughing at the direction the band has turned to.

    That's just terrible. I was a really big fan other their first couple albums and it's just sad that this is what they've come to put out. At the beginning of their career they were the trend setters, they started the revolution of that sound, and now they're just doing what all the other cool kids are doing to sell albums. It's kinda sad really.
