    Check stubhub.com - the tix are kinda expensive but i like buying through them because they have a 100% guarantee and sometimes you can wait until the day before and the tix are emailed to you

    wait to go to the venue about 30 -45 minutes before Waters comes on. The scalpers milling around the venue will prolly be willing to let them go for below face value. That's usually what I do for big shows like these. Got into AC/DC and the Eagles that way. Seat location is going to vary on what they have and how much they are willing to part for it. The closer to show time, will more than likely give you a lower price. (sometimes below face value). We had back in the way back 2nd row to top nose bleeds for Eagles in the 300 level, but could see the band fine, and sound was good.

    also, try going to the box office the day of the show, they may have extras for face, but not always the cheap ones.

    What kind of venue? A basketball/hockey arena, or another type? If it's a hockey/basketball arena, there's an option that may help.
