I'm from Columbus & the poster at our show was definitely the WORST of the whole tour....

No I thought they aren't bad at all! But a few of them like Nijmegen and Gyndia (though this one gets a lot of love) just don't do it for me! London and Venice are great for their colors even if Venice has this strange Metal touch, Berlin has this striking image, Dublin...I'm tired of the skulls, but it still has a nice touch. Belfast is standard. But if you look at the Arras and Werchter posters that's another dimension! I still love my posters

Got my werchter in the mail from Munk One today.... it looks fantastic, very happy with the impluse purchase...
last I checked you can still pick them up on his site for $60 + ship
Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.

You have to be mad! I got my New Orleans from Brad earlier the week and it is awesome... not as good as the London or Poland, but still, I love it! It's probably going to my frame job from the tour...

Did I miss anything? Klausen is one of the very best for the job but this is totally underwhelming, though I haven't seen it in real, just the pictures on the net! You mind taking some shots of it? I did this thread a few hours ago.. http://forums.pearljam.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=136888

NOTHING is as bad as COLUMBUS....It looks like a Kiddie Cartoon, only SMURFIER!!!! (is that a word??)

Fav of all time: Toronto 2009!
hmm gotta see if i can find a picture of the toronto one!
hahahahahahahaahahahahahahahhaha OMG i just looked up the nijmegen poster, i remembered a pretty nice one that i would have bought, how could that happen? LOL it IS as terrible as everybody told me... (and i wasnt even on drugs when i saw it...)
in dublin i was really close to the merch thing and i kinda gave it a 2 sec look when i saw a certain person standing in front of it, but i managed to look away before i saw anything...
the only poster i bought was in berlin last year, cause it was the first concert i've ever been to...

yep!
I'm going to bed now...Will look at the setlist tomorrow! Good night!
This is the 15th anniversary of my first PJ show. Here's to hoping for Act of Love as the opener!!..
Here's the writeup from 5H....
07/09/95 - Summerfest: Marcus Amphitheater: Milwaukee, WI [120m]
attendance: 24,000
support act : The Frogs and Bad Religion
set: I Only Play for Money (EV w/ The Frogs), Act of Love, Go, Last Exit, Spin the Black Circle, Tremor Christ, Corduroy, Not for You, Why Go, Jeremy (original, teaser), Deep, Daughter/Improv (This is How I Feel)/(Release)/(ABitW-II), Jeremy (new), Rearviewmirror, Elderly Woman, Lukin, Animal, Dissident, Even Flow, Black, Alive, Blood
enc: Star Boy, Little Wing/Maggot Brain, Better Man, Porch
notes: If a show could have been any different (and better!) than the previous night, this was it. Ed surprises the audience by joining the Frogs' set for 'I Only Play for Money.' Dressed in a Beatles-type wig, sunglasses and shiny silver jacket, he is not recognizable until he begins to sing. In return, Jimmy of the Frogs accompanies Ed in the acoustic encore 'Star Boy.' A surprising opening song, 'Act of Love,' is extremely hard and driven. Lots of long jams that really show off Mike's ability. For the encore, Chad Smith (RHCP's drummer) joins PJ and a fascinating version of the Hendrix classic, 'Little Wing.' They jam for about eight minutes, mutating into 'Maggot Brain,' a funkadelic song from the 70s penned by Eddie Hazel. Mike's guitarwork leaves the crowd (and the rest of the band apparently) awestruck. It was later reported that Mike was hospitalized after the two Milwaukee shows due to dehydration and exhaustion.
90 shows and counting...some of my favs: Randall's Island night 2, Milwaukee '95 night 2, Hawaii '06, St Johns '05, PJ20!
this one, right? it is pretty nice, but i am sure there are better ones! (never really looked at any, cause i usually cant afford them and i only wanna buy posters of shows i've been to)
