Friends and Foes

How does this work? I have people listed as friends and all it does is tell me if they are online. I don't have any "foes" per se, but my question is how does the foes feature work? Does that mean you can't see their posts? Does it block them from PMing you? If anyone has any answers please post here. On the old board there was an ignore feature which was easier IMO.

beats the heck outta me...never had to add a foe and if i need to ignore anyone...i just do...simply skimming by whatever might be considered annoying, you know.

but i wouldn't click the Foe button without knowing what it does...because you're right, it could block everything from that person, and that may not be what you want to do.

DIdn't help you in the least did I?

Well......anyway...Good Morning to You....I hope you don't come across too many Foes!

    peace,

I think it makes their posts invisible EXCEPT perhaps you see a note that they've posted. Which, in my opinion, just makes you curious about what they said. :?

I haven't used this feature here but I remember on the old board there was an "ignore" feature and I tried it at one time when someone was really bugging me but it just made me wonder what was being said. So, it didn't really work!! :D

  • I tried foe-ing someone once (hoping it would stop them from pm-ing me), and it just gave me an error message. Makes me wonder if it's even enabled.
