I thought acording El presedente Obama that crime on the border was the lowest it's been in 20 years.
What about that big shoot out on the Texas border where an innocent by stander was killed and bullets hit city hall.
No there's no problem on the border..

one of the HUGE problems is that we can not trust the mexican police with infromation we have to go after these drug lords, if we give them info before hand on a bust they sell that info to the cartels.

I don't wish Arpaio death... maybe just an incredibly painful flesh eating virus that consumes his legs and arms.
Everything not forbidden is compulsory and eveything not compulsory is forbidden. You are free... free to do what the government says you can do.

Yeah it won't open for me... but I did notice it said Pinal County this time so you're right. And I wouldn't wish a flesh eating virus on him... but I still would wish it upon Arpaio.

This problem has been brewing for decades. You would have thought cowboy Bush would have been leading the charge to put the hammer down on the border, so that alone speaks volumes about the pull the cartels have.

I think the warning sign from the National System of Public Lands says it all:

    Danger-Public Warning
    Travel Not Recommended

*Active Drug and Human Smuggling Area
*Visitors May Encounter Armed Criminals and Smuggling Vehicles Traveling at High Rates of Speed
*Stay Away from Trash, Clothing, Backpacks, and Abandoned Vehicles
*If You See Suspicious Activity, DO NOT CONFRONT! Move Away and Call 911
*BLM Encourages Visitors to Use Public Lands North of Interstate 8
    For More Information, call 623-580-5500

I'm sure glad we have a hundred or so deputies to handle this.
