    annual bump

Guessing Chestnut eats like 70 dogs and wins by at least 15 (although hoping there is a few decent competitors and makes it at least semi-competitive)

They should line up the hot dogs to see what distance 62 covers maybe 5yards? Or more?

Is that the smart play?  He had his meal ticket set but went for the payoff.

No Joey I will not be watching. Nathan's hot dogs are not good anyway. The mustard is good though.

what brand of hot dogs do you like? Nathan's is ok. I prefer Hatfield. BallPark I don't like at all.

Depends. If I can find them Hummel Bros or Rosols from CT. Otherwise Boars Head. I prefer natural casings. You can usually judge the quality when you are in a supermarket or deli. That said, I have definitely cooked up a few Oscar Mayer dogs in my day (particularly during COVID).

    This.
Boars Head natural casing all beef franks.
Snake head Farms wagyu hot dogs are best ever but those are splurge dogs on special order.
For me, what Get Right goes to are the best, readily available,  dogs.

In fact, I expect a delivery from KC Steaks for  Hot Dogs and Burgers today.

Miki Sudo sets womens record with 51 dogs in 10 minutes. Will be interesting in the men's competition w/out Chestnut. I don't even know who's in it yet

pretty competitive men's completion without Chestnut in it. Bertoletiti wins with 58 dogs.

my wife has recently gotten dogs from Salt River Ranch in Wyoming. best I’ve ever had. it’s probably also best I don’t know what they cost.

watched an old 30 for 30 last night on Joey vs. Kobi…very good, very informative and a little disturbing. the guy in charge of major league eating (the emcee at nathan’s) seems like a dick.

Blasphemy.  Nathans are the best then I do the Boarshead natural casing.  Good snap to them.

Snake Head does Wagyu here in the states I believe?  Spendy.  I did not know they did hotdogs!

Never tried the Snake River Farms Wagyu dogs. $9 for 5 dogs is not too bad but they have a minimum order amount of $49 (6 packs = $54) plus $10 shipping and tax. The Boars Head dogs are about the same price per package but without the extra shipping cost. I am skeptical of anything labeled Wagyu here in the US. It may be better quality, but in many cases it is just a reason to charge 30% more.

Most of the food from Omaha is subpar IMHO. I used to get a corporate gift from them every summer. Steaks, chicken, burgers, dogs etc. and the only good thing is that it was convenient to have everything individually vacuum sealed. The burgers were awful.
