Did you not come to London?

    Night Dave.

It's just one of the things about festival sets. Nijmegen was supposed to be a 2 hour set but then it was changed to an hour and a half. Short sets can still be great though

You can never anticipate how long a band will play at a festival. We have to remember that for a lot of bands 90 minutes is quite normal. We're just spoilt with PJ and their 2+ hour shows.
This is definitely true... although I would like to think PJ knows how long they are getting and might be able to note the shows where they arent getting a 'full set.'

I realize that would hurt the ticket sales, but clearly they've had much different terms at these festivals which makes it tough to plan for esp if traveling.

PLUS they did get to see a bunch of other acts today too!!!
and it's getting pretty late over there too...

This was a nice surprise in Belfast and it sounded absolutely monstrous. They're playing the shit out of this one at the moment.

I'd love to hear it live...

Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

I know people get sick of these older songs sometimes but they totally unite the crowd. I got goosebumps when they played it. I got it in Lisbon and Verona in 2006 so I'm a lucky boy :)

I know people seem to poo-poo Ten (greatest hits type remarks  ), but I absolutely love the album and could hear each and everyone of the songs over and over again.
