they can be missleading. i was at virginia beach. the set list doesn't look impressive. the entire first set they were on, i am trying to put it into words, it was an assault, the energy level was awesome. it felt like a long time too at a high intensity. stone gave it up and mike didn't want any of him that night! {we all know mikes the No 1 guitarslinger in the biz} set list can fool you

  • so many different things go into what makes it a good show, no one can sit & say oh that show sucks or was great, a show could be amazing for one and ok for another, Depends on who your with, where ya set, mood, personal favs they play, etc, etc, its all different :)

that brings to mind Albany, NY 2003. setlist wasn't 'special' by everyone's standards but they brought it that night. insane energy from start to finish that had the crowd fired up big time all the way into the streets when the show was over. i've been to 20 shows or so and this one hasn't been topped by energy from start to finish (AND i've been to msg shows and every boston show for what it's worth).
    just thought i'd share.

  • people are a little too setlist crazy here. its all about the energy to me. if they play Even Flow every night with feeling thats good enough for me!
