July 5th(are u going to be home or working?)

My company hasn't said anything yet about next Monday being a day off..... Should find out this week, how bout the rest of you, will you be enjoying a 3 day weekend or spend a dreaded day at work?

My company is based in Spain, so I know how us Americans work many more days than our European counterparts :) I think every saint is like a day off, and august is practically a vacation month!

I hope to be fishing in the Atlantic with an ice cold beer, sandwich and a joint with some pj on the radio

hope the rest of you will get the much needed break in the middle of the summer!!!

    I think I'm working on the 4th and 5th. But its part time and I'll have plenty of time for celebration and PJ. I actually got this job last week so I'm just stoked to be working. :)

    was supposed to be working but because of some non-related personal drama i was able to quit without giving 2 weeks

    drama + jobless until i start student teaching in the fall = bad

    more time to enjoy the 4th = good :)

    fishing is great! Especially if you have good conditions and find some good spots. Striped bass put up a good fight, sea bass and porgies are good eating

    I'll be at home. Going to a BBQ on the 3rd, seeing the fireworks display on the 4th and recovering from a wicked hangover on the 5th. Should be a pretty nice 3 day weekend.

    We'll be off but I would prefer to take friday off with the nature of my job and deadlines....monday holidays make my life hell....but I damn sure ain't gonna complain....maybe I'll be 'sick' Friday
    All I have to do is revel in the everyday....then do it again tomorrow

    They say every sin is deadly but I believe they may be wrong...I'm guilty of all seven and I don't feel too bad at all

    probably recouping too from Sunday night fireworks on the lake

    On that day, My wife and I will be splitting up.... :D I'll be making my way down the west side of these mountains and coming home for work, while my wife continues over to the East side of the range and gets picked up by Wyoming family on the other side.

    5 day weekend

    Traveling to Chicago for the Taste, and to Wrigley Field for a game,
    and hopefully lots of playing outside in the sunshine and enjoying Lake Michigan.
