on his solo album was also played on the IMMAGINE IN CORNICE DVD during the Jeff montage? I remember someone saying something about it here, but I can't seem to find the song title anywhere.

It was me who mentioned that.
On the credits, in "songs featured", between Even Flow and Better Man, there are two songs, FOREST IS MY CHURCH and ONLY CLOUD ON THE SKY, both written by Jeff. And on the dvd, right after Even Flow and before Better Man, you can see Jeff skating, with what i'm guessing are FIMC and OCOTS as instrumental background music.
