Is Better Days available on iTunes in Australia??

Can't seem to locate it on iTunes?? If not will we be able to download it in the future??
If we can't download it is it because the movie has a later release date than USA, hence no access to songs from soundtrack?

    Just looking at the 'sticky' and other people seem to be having trouble too!! Help anyone?? Kat / Sea?? Can you shed any light?
