    Yea you definitely went into 2009 because NIN played their last show in September.

    this will probably end up being the best year for live music i've ever experienced at this point in my life. 2008 comes close, but 2010 is tops...

    Alice In Chains: February 26: Atlanta (best show I've been to since Pearl Jam #4 in Los Angeles last October.)
    April 20: RATT: West Hollywood, CA (album release show at the Key Club)
    Bon Jovi: April 21: Nashville (not a bad show; I've been to far worse. Flew all the way from LAX back home to make it to this show - craziness on my part.)
    Bullet for my Valentine with special guests Airbourne: May 4: Atlanta (If you like AC/DC, check out Airbourne.)
    Puddle of Mudd: June 3: Atlanta (my first ever Puddle of Mudd show; it was actually pretty good even though Wes Scantlin is a bit silly on stage in between songs.)
    Lynyrd Skynyrd with 38 Special and Bret Michaels: June 17: Birmingham (Bret looked to be back to normal after all of his health issues.)

    Scorpions with special guests RATT: July 19: New Orleans (This show should be a highlight of my concerts this year. Two kick ass rock bands, plain and simple.)
    Steve Miller Band with special guest Peter Frampton: July 30: Atlanta
    Crowded House: August 2: Nashville (Stoked about this show.)

    alice in chains, pearl jam, tool in st. louis so far this year. (kick myself for missing the black keys)

    black crowes in st. louis only ticket remaining for sure. (crowes in indy, and avett bros/grace potter in st.lou highly likely. and i will do my damndest to see DBT this year somewhere as a headliner)
