wobbly wheel
with his wobbly wheel barrel rolling
lugging live batteries
electrical wires wrap themselves consuming him
leading away
from behind
sidewalks stop the city streets where he pauses
but his lights flash
pulsating from one to the other
a rolling holiday expressway
subway traffic crawls
pushing battery packs and strobe lights full
he’s alive discovering trash and flowers
each building a planetary juncture
or booming sunburst
when he rambles on by with his power cells
and firing wireworks
the sky parts
and he delivers colored lighting
to the mood
of the atmosphere
this is when streetlights reconfigure
his lit mobile sarcophagus
he is a traveling pyramid
like blowing sand storms
from the age of history
but still somehow
glowing lights
drum-rumble
