Inspiration Osmosis

Everytime I come to the Poetry Board, and try to pick up inspirational writing vibes just from being here, and try to totally NOT concentrate on anything, time and time again the only thing that enters my mind is:
I had a dog named Rover
Put him in a box
and he shit all over
Although it DOES rhyme, it doesn't even qualify as a lousy haiku.
HELP!

nothing is everything inside
all of it is you
is yours
no more any
but yours is endless
each of us
nothing
something
ending is starting
good luck...
"Hear me, my chiefs!
I am tired; my heart is
sick and sad. From where
the sun stands I will fight
no more forever."
Chief Joseph - Nez Perce
Sad
Never
had
Light
drained
Dusk
Pain
Come
again
once
more
Sleep
harbor
Night
shore
Dream
filled
Canyon
ridge
Open
door
Tumble
bridge
Hollow
horizon
never
more
Around the bend
We'll see
I'm sure
kinda rolled off the tongue rather nicely.

I have found the only way to be
is positively positive.
