decided to warm-up the crowd before shows with his new solo stuff instead of Ed? Or maybe they took turns each night?

I think it would be pretty sweet.

this would be awesome!! if not just because it's completely different... and it'd be nice to make this tour stick out with some differences!!

I wouldn't mind seeing that BUT I don't think it would ever happen. Seems like Ed makes all the rules and I don't see him letting Stone do that.

I think it's more of Stone being the shy one of the group- I think that's why he never did the solo tour for Bayleaf

Concious or unconcious, I don't think he can get over the fact that with the presence of one of the most charismatic guys in Rock as his band's frontman, he should not even try to get up front and sing.
But really if you consider all the facts, Pearl Jam is Stone and Jeff's band. Isn't that strange?
I agree with you there, but not that Mankind, Gimme No Lip, and Sweet Lew suck- I love them all!

Don't get me wrong, I love Stone and his solo stuff - but I wouldn't like to go to a PJ show and see him sing during a whole preset. Just as I don't like Keith Richards singing his usual two songs on a Stones show. PJ has such a great singer, let's him do the job.

Yeah he owes us a Bayleaf tour, especially those who actually bought and love Bayleaf. Stone's Bayleaf >>> Ed's ITW...that is a fact!!!

More Stone = the better, baby! :)
