    Hugs... I've been reading about the health benefits of a simple hug. To touch and be touched, so simple and yet to many of us do not hug enough. Try and hug your friends, family, loved ones and especially children.

    The benefits are wonderful. Hugs to all..... :D

    If we all gave and received at least 1 hug a day the world would be a better place. :D I love hugs and am lucky to get heaps from my family every day.

    My favorite thing about hugs is the way people smell. Cologne, perfume, shampoo, soap. JB just smells like my lover a natural smell. I really miss hugging my Mama , she smelled like Gloria Vanderbilt perfume, and was so tiny towards the end of her life. Get all your hugs while you can :)

    Hugs are so important ... I am missing them loads just now ... this video made me cry too but it was like a release ... when I watched it again I felt a sense that things always get better

    The original was the best, it was an Aussie called Juan Man. Nice name aye.

    A couple of months back, it may of been him, or some other guy who looked like him, was at my uni filming something like this.

    I walked up to him, virtually tackled him from the side, and gave him a massive hug.

    funny that you posted this. I actually wore a "free hugs" sign while doing a bit of partying in New Orleans, although I was mostly drunk and so were the people I was hugging. It was crazy how many hugs I received and it was quite fun. Although not particularly as "sweet" as your video ;)
