There are already some photos of Layne at the 1997 Grammys online but these are two shots that I have never seen before.

    These pics are great, thanks for posting the link! Layne was a truly amazing front man, so unique! I refuse to see the new imitation of AIC, because it's just a name anymore. When Layne passed away, so did the rest of my youth. I think I'll listen to some Dirt at work today and maybe a little Sap! Thanks!

    Those pictures are sad to look at, honestly. He just looks so thin there, compared to what he was a few years earlier.

    Towards the end there Layne looked more and more like Shane McGowan of The Pogues does now.

    He does look better than he did in 1996 though.
