The smell of vinyl

Does anyone else love the smell of vinyl?

I just received a present in the mail from a mate and I'm at work still so can't play it so I'm sitting here in my office smelling it! :lol: Mmmm....I can't stop!!

Vinyl has such a homely, comforting smell to me....reminds me of when I was a kid playing my mum and dad's records. :thumbup:

    Yesss!!!! Of course. The best smell ever. The feel of the sleeve and paper. The tenuous move to extract it from the sleeve without a single scratch or rub, the clean sound of a new record. All the best. Think I'll go sniff one now....
