    Please do not forget that the tradition (policy) is that if Pearl Jam/Ten Club is still offering a show, whether it's on pearljam.com or iTunes or somewhere else, it's not ok to offer it/upload it yourself. There's a problem with one of these shows and that will be removed (Santa Barbara)...still checking the others on the list. Thank you.

    Santa Barbara was posted on here from 2006 for ages and was not in circulation for I don't know how long and now it's back on sale and a Not For trade Kat? I hope you understand how confusing that is and hard to track or monitor when for a time period something is For Trade and then is Deemed No For Trade. I wish we had more of a specif knowledge about this stuff so not to breach the band's interests. I in no way intended to breach the band's copyrights or trading policy. They were not for sale for years and heavily traded on these forum and abroad with no issues. I am really Sorry. I had no idea that the shows were made available again for sale. :oops:

    I agree with John, this is very confusing. I had no idea that anything other than shows from '08, ,09, and '10, as well as the Gorge box set and Benaroya Hall, were still for sale anywhere. If the shows from 2006 or any other year are still for sale via iTunes then that information should be publicized here in the pit or on the homepage. Some of us may be very interested in buying some of those shows, so to suddenly learn that they have been available for sale somewhere is quite surprising.

    Just do your best. If you wonder about something not being ok, please write to us. If something is offered again later after you listed...just write and mention that you had posted a while ago and then edit it out of your post. Don't worry.

    No worries at all Kat. I appreciate the communication in this thread on it. I always contact Santos when I have a query regarding Not For Trade stuff and have had a good line of communication with him in the past to ensure that my website is in compliance. It's important and a responsibility for all of us who trade to take some responsibility for the content we share. Bu you see how this occurred regarding the 2006 shows. I mean, they were deemed fair trade for almost 4 years and there are 2 major posts on here where they were for more than 3 years alone. 8-) It's sunny one day and then rains the next. Welcome to Seattle folks. :lol:
