Two years ago tonight my life changed-Camden 08

Two years ago today my life changed. I came down with a case of Pearl
Jamitis. I was taken to my first Pearl jam concert by my oldest friend
Dave. My obsession with the band went from Hunting down bootlegs at
stores to finding as many as I could online. I now have over 350
shows. I became a concert poster freak too, have around Twenty five of
them. I wear a Pearl Jam shirt almost every day, ask anybody in my
family, it drives them nuts. I went to all four Spectrum shows (thanks
DAve for two of them). I have started a tour fund so I can go on a
road trip one one of the tours. Everyday I listen to Pearl Jam and the
dieasess gets worse but I love it. So here is for many more years
infected by the greatest diesese in the world. Hopefully see you on
the next tour!

    Nothing better! Glad to have ya. I've only been smitten w/ the disease for 12 years... it grew slowly over that time, but boy does it feel good!

    Excellent. I went through the same thing in 2000-2001. I was about 21 years old and had never really been into music too much. I was more into sports. Like most casual PJ fans I only knew a few hits off the first couple albums. For some reason I started listening to them more and more. Then I bought a bootleg from the 2000 tour and everything changed. I heard all of these songs that I never heard before and I was an official PJ freak. I joined the 10C and have seen them in concert 17 times. Now music is is my life. I am still a big sports fan but it pales in comparison.
