Bonnaroo '08 was like the Philly '09 shows. It was great to be there, but when you listen to the boot, the band sounds really off. As others have said, the Hartford & MSG shows from '08 were better. I would say the best show EVER was probably Philly '05. I wish there was FLAC of that one.
Wow, I was at both shows, and I loved the Philly shows on 10/30 and 10/31 - - the rarities were great, but the size, magnitude, and performance at Bonnaroo was superior in my opinion. Especially since they weren't sure if they would be able to play festivals again... if you hear the boot Eddie himself was impressed by the fans at the Roo, and even had a little suggestion for everyone to go ahead and drop some _ _ _... (at the end of the night) If you were there... also... Fuck Kanye, and David Cross' punk ass should have shown up... anyway. If you have not heard the Bonnaroo Boot, I def. suggest picking it up! - - That being said, I wish I could have been at MSG this year...
