I'm gonna try my luck at brewing some beer at home this summer and was wondering if anyone with experience had any tips? Cheers

use good water !!!!
also when you cool the wort, try not to do it by placing the pot in an "ice bath" ... we made a cooling tube out of copper wire .... you can buy one or make your own.
keep everything clean.... seriuosly the slightest bacteria can screw up the whole batch.
HAVE FUN !!!!
the first time is always about trial and error..... but it is loads of fun cracking open that first beer.... although it will be 6-8 weeks but still....
