E-Cigs

So I've been a half-pack to whole-pack a day smoker for about 10-11 years now. I was recently in a bar and the dude sitting next to me was smoking an "E-Cig" or electronic cigerette. I thought it was pretty cool and thought that it may help me cut back so I decided to buy one. A week later and I havent even touched a real cigerette. I wasnt even expecting to quit all together but this is such an awesome product. Your basically just inhaling nicotine vapor. No smoke, no combustion, no tar or other hundreds of toxic chemicals found in tradiational cigerettes. It still satisfies your nicotine craving as well as that oral fixation most smokers are used to. Just wanted to share with anyone out there who may be trying or hoping to kick the habit. www.blucigs.com

yeah I've been thinking about getting the "cig vaporizer." But I only smoke when I'm out with friends getting drinks so... meh. If I was smoking a pack a day then I'd be all over it.

  • I quit cold turkey six months ago. A guy who sometimes plays sax in my band has been smoking one of these for a long time and will tell you how well they work, but he does fight the occassional craving for a real smoke. If it works well for you long term, post again and let us know.

  • i quit 3/19....e ciggs just got popular out here in CT a few weeks ago, so im not going to try them now.....cant go back on all that hard work!!! The casinos are selling them now, and they are apparently gonna start selling them in vending machines at the local mall.
If it really helps people to quit, i think its great....what I am afraid of, is that the whole world is gonna think its a "healthy ciggarette" and jump on the wagon.....The Atty. General in CT is trying to ban them for that reason (and the majority of the time, i hate that dude, but i think here he may have a point, and regretfully I agree with him)....While they are waaay "healthier" than real ciggs, cuz you arent getting all the carcinogens....I wonder if it will just become a replacement for what is the real deal.
Good luck to you on your journey to quitting!!! I hope it works, and I'd like to know if you end up quitting all together, or if u just become an e-cigg addict.
My question.....when r they gonna make the e-joint??? Turn my herbs into liquid, insert into the tube and here we come indoor venues with hardcore security!!! woo hoo!! PM me as soon as you hear about an e-joint

I use the Xhaler from Nhaler.com. I haven't smoked in 6 months and it was crazy easy. It cost me almost $200 to start and now runs about $30-40 a month. I have saved almost $2,000.00 already. Its a great product!
