I'm going to see it because I trust that Ed would not be associated with a lousy movie!
I was wondering about this as well. During the Benny Hall show, Ed mentioned that Big Fish was a beautiful film (which was way before the release of the film from what I recall), so do you think Ed would have asked to know the premise of the movie or even see it before he lent his song to it?

Good question, Paul David! In my heart, I believe he knew the premise, maybe read the book. Keeping in mind he let them have a version of Long Road too; I'll report back after I see the film.... Thanks
PEARL JAM in 2024! Dark Matter and MORE ! THANK YOU!! Peace Love & Pearl Jam forever!!
yeah I'm thinking the holiday single maybe?? Please? Cause that's one I can listen to over and over again and as for the movie save your money.. buy the book It's MUCH better.
The movie was not aweful at all. In fact it was borderline good. Everyone is so negative and hesitant about "chick flicks" I ain't a chick and I dug a lot about the film. It was pretty f-ing good. The soundtrack was DOPE.
They really highlighted Eds songs which was the best part. I didn't leave until the credits were finito.
