Ive heard a decent amount of reviews and feedback of the Pearl Jam book Five Against One. But I didn't even hear about this one until today. Has anyone here read it? Any good? Hows it formatted? Thanks

    I have it, too. Total hack job. Forget about it. Even the photographs are mislabelled.
    My Pearl Jam shows: 1 in 1995, 2 in 1998, 20 in 2003, 13 in 2006, 3 in 2007, 8 in 2008, 5 in 2009, 4 in 2010, 5 in 2012. EV: 8 in 2011, 1 in 2012. Brad: 1 in 1998, 1 in 2002.

    I think it's supposed to be some kind of "expose" on Eddie. Some of it's bs but I would say still worth reading.

    I just picked it up on ebay for $4.92. Even if its crap, less than 5 bucks with shipping is not so bad. I hope!!

    i'm reading it now. its alright, Five Against One was much better. I'm not up to it yet, but the only part that it has that Five Against One doesn't is some info about the newer albums.

    I enjoyed it - it's like an overview of the press Pearl Jam has had, and tries to navigate their history. There are no direct interviews but interesting take on the info out in the world. If you get the chance, watch Iconoclasts episode with Eddie Vedder and Laird Hamilton - absolutely fascinating!!

    I could be wrong here, but to the people that did +2 +3 +4 you are doing it wrong.

    Quoting something and then doing +1 in a forum generally means +1 in your post count, not adding to the people agreeing.

    it was a quick read... if you have been a fan of the band for a long time, then you wont really learn anything new from it. otherwise...its just OK.
