I was randomly on the phone with ticketmaster making a purchase, and they were offering all kinds of extra nonsense to add to my purchase.... and I said absofuckinglutely not, y'all charge for enough other bullshit. Then, he mentioned this-

http://promo-img.livenation.com/lnus/no ... feetickets

Check it out! Probably saved $30-40 on the pair!

Any chance we can get a rebate if we already purchased tix with a fee?

I got 4 tix to KoL in Hartford this summer, but bought them a couple months ago. I could've saved a bunch of money.

ticketmaster /livenation absofuckinglutely piss me off! I was online the very second that tics for kings of leon went on sale and the best seat i could get was row x (about 13 rows back from the pit) so i got them because i didnt want to wait and not get anything! that was almost two months ago and the show is on 9-3-10 and i just went to ticketmaster yesterday to see what tickets were left and they have pit seats plus seats in front of me and there are no service fees! makes me want to ring someones neck! LOL funny thing is that i would have paid more money so they lost out!

Last year LiveNation crammed a "complimentary" subscription of Rolling Stone down my throat when I made a ticket purchase. With LIveNation swallowing up Ticketmaster this monopoly is only going to get worse and worse.
