This community has taught me a great deal and I consistently find myself inspired (not only by PJ) but via learning from others around here...Thought I'd share one of the the products that I recently accomplished in the kitchen that I feel embarrassed to have not been doing all along (esp since this yields a pound and a quart of cream costs less than a lb of the market stuff)....cheers xoxo!
got a car...got some gas...oh let's get out of here-get out of here fast...
I hope you get this message but your not home...I will be there in just a minute or so...
I want to go but I want to go with you.

Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime. -MT

I've had enough, said enough, felt enough. I'm fine, still in it.

Are you suggesting that making my own butter will be an excellent substitute for wanting to participate in more PJ shows?

    Interesting...

 I just read your reply...and definately NO...I don't think making butter substitutes but it does awaken the magic within in a similar sense ;)

I think you have just helped the National Butter Council with it's new slogan:

    Butter. It's magical.

But that would force the poor Native American Land O Lakes girl to a more unseemly lifestyle in order to make a living...

i just recently learned to make my own bread and pasta ... both things are pretty cheap at the store but it's kinda cool ... you can whip up some fresh pasta in mins and eat it right away ...
