Icons for 2010 Bootlegs

Is anyone else having trouble viewing the Icons or Pictures of the 2010 Bootlegs? The only ones I can see are the two New Orleans shows. All the others I'm getting one of those red X's. I'd like to have those pictures for my MP3 player. I see the same thing on my sister's computer and my work computer. I contacted the support and they said there's nothing wrong.
