    As a joke of sorts.

Foo Fighters open. They do Given To Fly. Pearl Jam does Learn To Fly.

For years I've been thinking how cool it would be for them to do Mad Season - Wake Up. Keep things in the family, like Crown of Thorns. But to hear Mike shred Wake Up live, and with Ed being one of the few who could do the vocals justice - that would be a sight to see.

any Bruce song that Eddie touches is gold, so I'd like to hear more of that. PJ could kill Prove it All night, Badlands, Darkness on the Edge of Town (the appearance with Bruce in 04 was mind-blowing), The River, It's Hard to be a Saint in the City...etc
I could also go for more Bob Dylan. Leopard-Skin Pillbox-Hat or Ballad of a Thin Man would be cool.

Wow, some good ideas (Bob Dylan, Van Morrison) and some very iffy ones (The Killers???).

I'd be very interested to see how PJ would treat "Wherever You Go" by Built To Spill. Great song.

Hell, how about a tour where Built To Spill opens for PJ? If there hasn't been some leg where they've played together, there should be. Great band.

I'll post the same response that I gave for the 10/31 Philly show. I think hearing PJ cover "Surfin' Dead" by the Cramps would be awesome. :D

I'd also love to hear Ed do Lloyd Cole's"I'm Gone." ::swoons::

Welcome to the Jungle by Guns n Roses followed with Thunderstruck by AC/DC. I don't particularly care for either of the bands but I would day during one of PJs encores either of these songs might cause a riot.

haha no no yelling bruce is much worse
thunderclap newman was a one hit wonder from the late 60's so no worries. the only reason i knew it was them is because of the movie almost famous. they're all playing it in the hotel room.
