june 26th an event is being sponsored by the surfrider foundation, sierra club, defenders of wildlife audobon society, greenpeace, center for biological diversity and a bunch of other groups called hands across the sand. i have been helping organize the one in asheville but there will be many so please think about attending if there's one near you

    Looks like they're having one at English Bay AND Vancouver Island - right by where my dad is staying actually.
