Goods Section Not Working??!

I keep getting this message, "Oops! We could not complete your request. Please try again."
Can anyone get into the good section?

    This is the message that has been showing for me since yesterday (Thursday 6/10/10) since about 7:00 p.m. (CST) every time I try to go to the Pearl Jam Store (Goods)...

    "Oops! We could not complete your request. Please try again."

    To which I reply, "Oops!, you forget to post a notice somewhere on the site, letting the thousands of Pearl Jam fans that visit the Pearl Jam Store (Goods) section on a daily basis, know that the store will be down for a certain amount of time due to whatever reason." or... "Ooops! You forgot to view the fans as real people, who require communication when you do something like this."

    This message is insulting, patronizing, vague, lazy, pathetic, misleading, incompetent, & fu*king enfuriating! It would have taken you less time to post a note in the "News" section of the home page, or an announcement in the forums describing why "Goods" would be temporarily down, & when it could be expected to be back up, than it took me to type this response here. Clearly Pearl Jam fans care more about our fellow Pearl Jam fans, than the moderators of this site do! I don't even give a damn why the "Goods" section is down now, & for how long it will continue to remain down. I'm just pissed that the only explanantion is this...

    "Oops! We could not complete your request. Please try again."

    This sounds like an explanation one might expect for a technical problem at the Britney Spears homepage, not at the Official Pearl Jam Site!!!

    Trust me, if you were in the process of trying to make a purchase through the Goods section like I was, & you were suddenly hit with this meassage...

    "Oops! We could not complete your request. Please try again."

    ...You would not only be pissed, but freaking out as well, thinking that something was wrong with your connection, computer, or Ten Club status like I was. The fact that there has been no official explanation for this as of yet, AND none of the moderators ever respond to any questions whatsoever, makes this a serious problem indeed!

    Because it takes about 10 seconds to explain why, & when it may be corrected.
