    there's no doubt that Ed had a buzz workin' at each show, but I really think that he was 'acting' a little more wasted than what he really was just for effect, it's just what he does

    I saw Hartford and Mansfield 1 and Ed seemed surprisingly sober at both. No missed lyrics that I caught, no faceplants (like Hamilton 05 that was a classic headfirst into the amp) I hardly saw him swig from his bottle either night.

    At the DC show, I saw him drinking from what looked like water bottles and he kept throwing them in the crowd. But, I was up in section 111 and couldn't really see that clearly.
