Philly shows you guys are smoking......

I keep seeing posts when people first got the Philly boots how they were crappy or not what all they hype was about. I was at all four shows and just got done with Philly 4. It took me right back to the show.....goosebumps and all. You guys are smoking if you say these shows werent good....or the band was a bit off. I can pull up a hundred shows where ED fucked up or something didn't sound right....you guys are crazy. Maybe went to better shows......but I doubt it.

    i've gotten through the first 3 shows so far and have liked them...i like nights 1 and 3 so far the best...really solid shows...

    i don't really see why people are complaining either....we could be getting no boots at all or paying $50 for each individual show from bootleggers.

    people always attack the philly shows, then new york because of msg, and sometimes even boston for whatever reason. i love pearl jam live any place, any time, any where, this board sometimes gets carried away.

    i have been one of the guys . really not caring about the Philly boots . and of course i was wrong . listened to Night 4 . just last night . the boys were on fire . ;)

    I only bought Philly 4 and I love it. I like the chatter and the occasional mistake. Now I'm thinking I should have bought the whole set.

    Nothing more in the world that I love more than a Hater. Shows were dominate and as a whole box set...nothing better. Could you find four setlists anywhere that are more different?

    The endless parade of Philly worship on this board is proof that most ten club members will eat up anything the band does, especially if it's a nicely packaged spectacle. If Philly 3 was "Pearl Jam live at the Farm Show in Bumblfuck Iowa", everyone would (rightfully) be talking about what an awful show it is.

    No true PJ fan would ever complain about a show that had in my tree,tremor christ,untilted,hold on,in hiding,deep,habit,off he goes,present tense,parting ways,breath,light years,rvm,footsteps and sonic reducer. And this was all in one show, are u serious???? Amazing set with an awesome crowd,ty PJ for an amazing amazing show!!!!!

    Evacuation rules is a bitter bitter Pittsburgh fan with a strong hatred of Philadelphia…his loss…just finished listeneing to show 4…great reliving the memories…Great version of Crown of Thorns…and for those counting, that was the 2nd time Philly got Crown of Thorns…I’m sure Evac hated the Wachovia 05 show as well…
