A 19-year-old, named as Fulkan Dogan, who also has US citizenship, was shot five times from less that 45cm, in the face, in the back of the head, twice in the leg and once in the back.

now, i'm not ultra awesome elite commando like i always hear isreal has but it seems to me like the head shot would be the last one, so a plausible order seems twice in the leg, then the head and face from 45cm away. who would shoot someone in the head twice and the back and then shoot someone in the legs, so he was clearly neutralized, especially since the commandos had tazers

it can be argued the other 5 that were shot in the back of the head or back could have been cross fire but 45cm is pretty damn close, that's not even 1 1/2 feet, that's basically standing right over the guy and shooting him in the head

    The guy was clearly a threat -- give the people of Gaza wheelchairs and the next thing u know they will want hoverounds or rascals.

    What would America do if it was the Iranian republical army who commited this crime? We'd prob be at ww3. But since it was Israel, it was business as usual in dc.....they should all be ashamed of themselves..a government for the people by the people ey? What people?????

    WTF...
    it doesn't really sound like "self defence" when you can walk up to someone a foot and a half away and shoot them, and then shoot them 3 or 4 more times just to be sure they're dead...

    badbrains, you're right... if this was someone else the US would be much more up in arms about it.

    he was 19 years old. he was somebodys son, brother and friend. he was a peace activist who was murdered by the IDF while aboard an aid ship which was trying to deliver much needed supplies to the 1.5 million ordinary Palestinians who are subject to unimaginable suffering every single day.

    and quite frankly i find your comments regarding 'he should have ducked', completely repulsive.
