Every time I get some Peace

There is an interesting lyric on pj's latest album on the song speed of nature I beleive it goes [Everytime I get some peace, it gets the best of me]. I sometimes feel that I don't know how to relax...there's always something on my mind or something to do. I can't just breath. Can anyone relate to that, is it not that uncommon to just stop..relax...breath....

    This line seams to be my life story. I see it as the rollercoaster of life as just when things are going good something negative comes up to put your mind in overdrive.

    thanks goodness for the good memories to keep you going.
    i battle it every day
    tylenol pm at night really helps the nights, yoga breathing and meditation might help as well

    This song has been my soundtrack for the last month. Peace keeps slipping from me... But I know somehow I'll be ok
