    It's one of the more convincing rockers on Riot Act. Way better than Save You, Ghost, Half Full in my opinion.

    Right and several people think that Sweet Lew is worse than Get Right. I personally like the music to Get Right, not so much the lyrics and think that Whale Song is their worst. It's on topic. Or do you just hate free speech?

    No, No, No! Get Right is one the few songs that I actually listen to from Riot Act. It's got great guitars in it! Matt Cameron rules. And the demo version is wicked!

    I'd agree with the poster - what the helll is it about anyway???

    People slam evacuation and gods dice but these songs smack get right. Just my opinion!

    I really, really don't get the hate for "Gods' Dice". I think it's a great rocker. I'd also love to see "Sweet Lew" live... c'mon, it's 2 minutes long and it looks like a lot of fun. "Get Right" is pretty much the definition of a clunker. If any other band wrote it, their label would have them drop it from the album. It's too forgetable to even bring up when people normally talk about the worst Pearl Jam songs (aka "Evacuation" threads).

    As for being respectful and not dissing songs, any group that has been around as long PJ is gonna churn out a few duds. It happens.

    I'm a fan of Gods Dice too. Help, Help has kind of grown on me - never thought it would happen.

    I can't make it through Sweet Lew. Nice story behind the song, but come on, it just ain't good. That said, it's a b-side buried at the end of a long collection of b-sides, which is where it belongs. These other songs were placed on albums, which makes them better targets for criticism.

    Gotta be respectful per "The Rules" and to avoid excommunication. :lol:

    Get right blows. Worst song on the album...worse than help, help - I kind of like help, help -- especially live. Maybe thats why they dont play get right live b/c its not that good. Whoever said its better than 1/2 full is insane. The harmonics (at least thats what I think they are) they hit in the main riff just dont sound good or rockin.

    Anyway this is still the best band ever. Listening to the philly boots and they sound sweet.

    "Almost impossible to believe how rude some comments in this thread are.

    When someone creates art, especially by a group of people that people supposedly like enough to visit their website and forums, it's important how something is said. If you say, I don't connect with such and such song or ________ song is not one of my favorites, then that's criticism delivered at least delivered politely. When delivering criticism, it's MORE important HOW something is said.
