Problems with Philly Bootlegs

Is anyone having problems with their Philly bootlegs? I just received my order the other day and I am missing 1 of the shows. I have 2 of the same night for the 30th show. Then I was listening to the 28th show and the second disc keeps on skipping. I looked at the cd and there are no scratches. I even put the cd in another cd player and it's doing the samething.

    If you email Kufala I am sure they would help you out. They have exceptional customer service. I had an error in my order back in 2008 and then corrected it immediately.

    I ended up with two disc 3's from the 10/31 show and no disc 2

    i am having problems playing some of the discs in my car cd player. i've sent a note to their customer service but haven't heard anything yet.

    I'm having problems playing 50% of the Kufala discs (from 2009 on) in my home theater. They work fine in my PC, so I'm just ripping them and throwing them on my media PC.

    And then some of them play fine, but it takes 10 minutes for the CD to load and recognize that there are tracks.

    I got a Philly IV Disk 3 instead of a Columbus Disk 1.... I put in a request yesterday morning... by the evening I got an email back apologizing and informing me a new Columbus would be shipped out.

    Cant complain with that. I think the boots have sounded pretty good too. The only real stinker I have heard is Toronto 09... dont know what happened with that one.

    I had two 27th disc 2....emailed them and received a replacement in 2 business days.

    +1. On a smooth road, the CDs skip about as much as a turntable in my car would. :shock:

    Does anyone have any idea why these CD's won't play on a car CD player?
    I had heart failure this morning trying to jam out with Night 4 - all 3 discs wouldn't play... :evil:
    Have them all loaded on the iPod, played it thru the van that way, but still, gotta have the CD's workin in the van...

    Could be the car CD Player not recognizing the file type...

    Not all stereos will play burned CDs well.

    I'm sad to hear complaints because of mixups and minor issues that can easily be resolved, when many folks aren't able to afford any of them now. Fortunately, I prepaid back in March for 4 tour shows by getting tix here and using priceline for hotels and travel, sharing whenever I could to cut costs. Unfortunately, now I can't afford to buy any of the boots since I had to take unpaid leave to care for my teen son who's been diagnosed and hospitalized with Crohn's disease over the last 3 months. He was able to make the shows which I believe helped him feel better seeing his favorite band and all the wonderful PJ community members we have as friends. It has been my experience over the years that Kufala is a wonderful company that ensures you're satisfied with your order no matter the problem without hassle. I would be ecstatic to have boots of the shows we saw whether or not the order was perfect or not. My only hope is they'll still have them for awhile since we were at the Philly shows and Indy, Cleveland, MSG I and II. My point is I would consider myself fortunate to be able to enjoy and relive the shows, knowing whatever the problem it will be resolved without question. Please enjoy for those of us who can't right now and remember the great time you had at the shows and great music from this tour besides the incredible Philly shows we've waited to hear again. Thanks.

    Unfortunately I deleted this e-mail and cannot reply. I have a problem with disc #2 of 10/30 show. it doesn't play at all.
