Bugs

All these...
I got bugs
I got bugs in my room
Bugs in my bed
Bugs in my ears
Their eggs in my head
Bugs in my pockets
Bugs in my shoes
Bugs in the way I feel about you
Bugs on my window
Trying to get in
They don't go nowhere
Waiting waiting...
Bugs on my ceiling
Crowded the floor
Standing sitting kneeling...
A few block the door
And now the question's:
Do I kill them?
Become their friend?
Do I eat them?
Raw or well done?
Do I trick them?
I don't think they're that dumb
Do I join them?
Looks like that's the one
I got bugs on my skin
Tickle my nausea
I let it happen again
They're always takin' over
I see they surround me, I see...
See them deciding my fate
Oh, that which was once...was once up to me...
Now it's too late
I got bugs in my room...one on one
That's when I had a chance
I'll just stop now
I'll become naked
And with the...I'll become one

if you're so worried about something or someone that your constant worry may help prevent whatever you're afraid of happening to them to come true. Isn't this kind of like praying in a way?
I find this statement to be true... it just happened to me today... ;):D

    Wish you were here...

Do you think that if you actually think about something often enough, it comes true?

I just saw this Mom's Live program tv show on, and they were talking about it. They were saying that especially if you've been focused on something or thinking about it all day that you almost enable it to come true--or if you're so worried about something or someone that your constant worry may help prevent whatever you're afraid of happening to them to come true. Isn't this kind of like praying in a way?

I've known of it but never heard or seen your average, everyday soccer mom types talking about it before--so it kind of took me by suprise. They were also saying that it seems to go hand-in-hand with women's intuition, and that guys are more likely to tune it out.

What do you all think of manifesting things just by thought--is it conscious or sub-conscious?--and is this good or bad?--depending on the person?

I think that it's more subtle than a show like this would make it seem.

I think that what we imagine is possible becomes possible. I think what we imagine is impossible becomes impossible. I think that what we envision has a greater chance of existing than the alternate negative picture.

So, I guess what I'm trying to say is that you can help yourself by envisioning good future events and you can hurt yourself by envisioning a negative outcome to something.

In that general way, you DO have the power to create your future. I don't think it means that people can create a pot of gold by thinking about it 24 hours a day. I think it means that you can make your dreams come to life by imagining ways to MAKE them come to life.

It's a double-edged sword though. You can defeat yourself by the same token. Your fears will meet you if you let 'em. :?

I once went on a course, I think it was a Louise Hay course and in it there was quite a bit about writing down what you wanted and it coming true (it was about 13 years ago, which is why I'm a bit vague).

Well, I was away in a city and I wrote my car off, I needed to get home (which was a place in the middle of nowhere, with no public transport), so I gave it a go. I wrote down that I needed a car to get me home for under £1000. Well I went to a garage and there was a car for under £1000, mot'd, taxed etc, everything seemed fine. Great I thought, this asking for stuff and receiving it works.

I drove up the motorway home, drove through the country lanes and sure enough pretty much as soon as I got home the engine died. So I certainly got what I'd asked for, but I wished I'd been more specific and asked for an economical car, that would last me a lifetime and would need little or no maintenance.
